If you have not done L1, L2 and L3 Screen Acting you can apply for this course via email with a recent self tape or showreel and some info about your previous screen experience* Saturday & Sunday 10-5pm 21st & 22nd Jan 2023 Locations: TBC Tutor: Scarlett Alice Johnson In this advanced course you be called as a professional actor via a call-sheet and shooting schedule to work on-set. You'll film in-studio and on location with a director and camera team to give you a chance to practice your on-set craft and approach to work. You will: Rehearse on location and in-studio Film on location and in-studio Shoot multiple set-up's including static and more dynamic scenes Be given professional direction work with a camera team Work at an on-set pace Work with props, costume and continuity Film scenes out of story order. About the director: Scarlett is an experienced and successful actress best known for her roles as Laura in BBC's comedy series Pramface & Vicki Fowler in Eastenders. Scarlett has also starred in the feature film Adulthood, ITV's Good Karma Hospital and Comedy Central's Big Bad World. Alongside her theatrical career Scarlett has also performed in long running shows such as Midsummer Murders and Call the Midwife. Scarlett's career started at the age of seventeen and she has worked consistently since then. She joins us TAC to share her insights, tools and tips about navigating the industry, performing on screen and what it's like to train on-the-job. Get in touch with any questions.
